How to use the app

Add the app to your site via SharePoint Store or your catalog site.
Open the app, now you can see the page like below


Select your survey from the list.
And select the SharePoint group which have the user's whom need to respond the survey.
Hit the "Fetch Not Responded Users" button. Which will populate the user list.


Hit send mail button
Now app will promote the model dialog box, here you can enter the subject and body of the email


Once the app finish the email operation it will close the dialog window.
You can hit the home icon it will reset the app to initial stage, now you can send the alert for another survey
